The Onsite Wastewater Professionals Septic School serves as a hub for industry-leading installers, inspectors, designers, soil scientists, regulators, maintenance providers, pumpers, operators, field technicians, and engineers. Together, we build relationships, share knowledge, and promote best practices through events, news, and educational opportunities.
Septic School is led by Jonathan Godfrey, a recognized leader in environmental health and onsite wastewater. With a BS in Business Management and a Master’s in Extension Education from NC State University, Jonathan has dedicated his career to advancing the industry. From his work as an Environmental Health Specialist to his role as Director of Onsite Wastewater Training at NCSU, NCSTA and now Onsite, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in shaping education and standards in onsite wastewater management.
